Assignement #1 - Emulation Recherche Terry Richardson
Terry Richardson is one of a kind. His approach is rather unique, not always on good taste, but never boring. He can manage to make striking images using ofter only a point and shoot and flash directly on camera.
Here are some of the images I may attempt to emulate

Avedon and Ansel
Richard Avedon (May 15, 1923 – October 1, 2004) and Ansel Easton Adams (February 20, 1902 – April 22, 1984) two renowned photographers form two different fields of photography, yet using the same subject; America
Richard Avedon, known for his portraits of celebrity
And mostly for his book, the american west
Ansel Adams took pictures all over the world
but he is famous for his striking photos of the american west

These two photographers with a different subject, show the world that surrounds them, emulating their vision of their country through people and landscapes

What are the differences between Steichan and Arbus?
Edward J. Steichen (MEdward J. Steichen (March 27, 1879 – March 25, 1973) and Diane Arbus (diːˈæn ˈɑrbəs[2], March 14, 1923 – July 26, 1971[3]), two photographers of the early 20th century with wildly different styles and purpose.
Diane Arbus
She liked to photograph the marginal

not always in their most flattering attire

Representing the freaks, the deviants

Edward J. Steichen was a pioneer in the modern fashion photography

Representing the freaks, the deviants

Photographed celebrities and actors
With elaborate composition and lighting
The differences are striking, obviously. One shows people in their best light (literally) while the other one shines light on a different reality. It's like comparing Max Abadian and Terri Richardson.
